Oven baked fish fillets (I used 3 Pangasius fillets, a type of catfish): preheat oven to 200C. Place fillets on lined baking tray, brush with Dijon mustard (about a teaspoon and a half per fillet), sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Done.
Sauteed chicoree: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add two chopped garlic cloves and 3 chopped anchovy fillets and sautee for about two minutes. Add chopped chicoree (I used 3 heads) and sautee for approx. 2 minutes until lightly wilted. Add pepper to taste.
