Where’d it go?

The weekend, I mean. One visit to a disappointingly small winter fleamarket, a bit of cleaning, a bit of strolling…whoosh. Here’s what’s for dinner; it’s extremely easy and, most importantly, fast:

Oven baked fish fillets (I used 3 Pangasius fillets, a type of catfish): preheat oven to 200C. Place fillets on lined baking tray, brush with Dijon mustard (about a teaspoon and a half per fillet), sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Done.

Sauteed chicoree: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add two chopped garlic cloves and 3 chopped anchovy fillets and sautee for about two minutes. Add chopped chicoree (I used 3 heads) and sautee for approx. 2 minutes until lightly wilted. Add pepper to taste.

Tonight’s exciting schedule involves folding laundry while watching “Tatort” (“Crime Scene”), a bit of an institution in Germany. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
